Craving for kabab’s let’s take you to the world of kabab. One and only “TUNDAY KABABI”. What is the exact meaning of Tunday ke kabab? Come on.. it’s known as “Buffalo meat galouti kabab” and is popular in Lucknow. Tunday kabab is made up of total 160 spices with the presence of yogurt, dried mints, saffron, rose water etc. TUNDAY KABAB. This Awadhi cuisine was introduced by "Wajid Ali Shah" in year "1905".

2. IDRIS KI BIRYANI

Lucknow itself has a meaning of street food. The royalty lies in small road side stall rather than fine dine. And the best example of it is “IDRIS KI BIRYANI” which is being run for about 42 years now by "Abu Bakr" he is the third generation of the family and is carrying out the same business in chowk Lucknow.


3. MAKHAN MALI CHOWK:

Road side delicacies one who aren’t aware what it is in real then come and grab a pot of “MAKHAN MALI” having it feels like whole heaven is in your mouth. One of the most ancient and loved street dish in Lucknow. Mainly found in chowk.
